500-TX First Edition

The shell sizes are available in two: S shell and L shell.
The internal sizes are available in four: XS, S/M, L/XL, and XXL.

Faithfully recreated to match the original 500-TX

• Size: L/XL (58–60 cm)
  Note: The helmet shell changes depending on the size.
  The interior uses a classic vintage-style design, resulting in a loose fit.

The helmet shell is made using the same FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) method as the original.
Handmade fiberglass shell.
Instead of a painted finish, the surface uses a gel coat finish.

Reproduces the original texture from the era, including:

• Pinholes

• Color inconsistencies

• Mold seams

• Exposed fiber weave pattern

  The shape around the cheeks is tighter than typical helmets.

<Using the L Shell>

• L/XL size (58-59 cm)

• XXL size (60-61 cm)

The fixed internal structure and EPS (foam material) are used.
